Swell Salve

The bummers down under, the southern swell, the pressure drop, and of course, the pain in the ass. The paaaa-resure of heavy lifting, trying to solve all the world’s problems, and opening that damn jar of pickles can all lead to feelin swoll. Horse chestnut, yarrow and calendula can help soothe. To use: with a clean finger, apply a pea-size amount of the swell salve to the affected area three times a day. Best applied at night when your bod is in repair mode.
