Harvest Rainbow Pennant

Have you ever seen an end-of-summer rainbow through the haze of a harvest skyline?

Artist Zach Runge (Portland, Oregon) created these handmade felt pennants based exactly on his experience of place here in Palouse. Pennants are approximately 13"(h) x 9" (w) and have a sleeve at the top for stringing or to mount on a dowel for display.
